JOEL DESIGN

My personal brand so of course I had to make sure it's top dawg. This start with some black letter, the font was called Metalista Black, so I had a feeling it would match what I was going for and it was I perfect fit. Futura is the secondary type that I really liked because of the symmetry and the sharpness of the 'N'. I altered the type by adding gaps to letters to give a sense of depth in the logo. I was fortunate that my name is only 4 letters long and had a sort of symmetry that lend itself to the use of a pattern. I really enjoyed working with this type and creating a texture/pattern with my logo was really cool too.
I used my favorite colors for the color palette, a soft baby blue and this taupe color that looks gray but have this weird purplish under tone that I really admire. And black, always catch me wearing some sort of black.
I would get this on my grave to be honest, thats how iconic this is. I do this so me and my dog can have a better life.

Well Grounded Electric

Well Grounded Electric is a small electrical company in the New Braunfels, Canyon Lake areas. It was started by my brother and his 1st teacher who happens to be the master electrician. They tag team together and bring quality to the table.
With this logo, I wanted to make this ideal electrician look like he is in control of the electricity and take command of the power. I wanted this mark to be fierce and bold to imply that they get the job done very firme, every time big dawg.

Devileaf

This logo combines an icon marijuana symbol and devil horns and tail to give the logo a dark twist. I was inspired to make my own strain of flower one day and this brought me to create Devileaf. A brand perfectly engineered by the mad dawg himself.
I made the packaging able to be expandable in size variations, and colors engages with the user.

Charango

We're all interconnected in the same way that this armadillo is connected to this guitar. I believe music can connect everyone and can even transcend cultures because everyone knows a bop when they hear one.

NeuroHealth

This logo is an abstraction of a brain and the sort of wave and impulses we visualize as we think about the few correspondence we had tonight while browsing through this portfolio. I had to make this mark appeal to a broad spectrum of people because mental and brain health is very important. Check up on your friends, I'm not one.

Tsubi Soup

This one is simple, because this product is not complicated. I used Baloo as the primary font because it was fun without being too youthful.

Heritage

From my time in undergrad, and wanted to design rug and tapestries. You might see a line from me in the near future.

Devileaf - Alter.

The runner up for this baddie. Had to make the brand more sophisticated so it didn't work out. Still pretty solid work.
